These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and habaji ("habaji", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at habaji.bio and its associated mobile-optimised platform. These Terms govern all use of habaji's online casino, sports betting, live dealer games, crash games, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

2.2 Each individual may register only one habaji account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where habaji identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances held in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 habaji operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before a withdrawal is approved or at any other time habaji deems appropriate:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days).

3.1 All financial transactions on habaji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). habaji does not apply currency conversion charges; the amount you deposit in ৳ BDT is the amount credited to your habaji wallet.

3.2 habaji supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts and any method-specific processing times are displayed in the cashier section of the platform and may be updated from time to time.

3.3 Deposits are credited to your habaji account upon confirmation of receipt. habaji is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment service providers.

3.4 Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Section 2.3. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. habaji reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal.
